Please try to stick to your 2x classes per week. If you need to change, please email or call us!

Sparring week will always be the first full week of each month. Green belts and higher, please bring your protective equipment to class!

Breaking class will always be the last Friday of every month.  This class can be attended in addition to your 2x weekly classses.
